0.0 Start from the Ferncroft Trailhead and head back down the road.

0.1 Turn right onto Ferncroft Road

0.3 Turn left to cross Squirrel Bridge at the sign for Blueberry Ledge Trail.

0.5 Stay straight/right as Pasture Path enters from the left (south).

0.6 Stay straight/left as the Blueberry Ledge cutoff enters from the right (east).

0.9 Stay straight/right as McCrillis Path enters from the left (southwest).

2.0 Stay on Blueberry Ledge Trail as the Blueberry Ledge Cutoff enters from the right.

3.2 Reach the junction with the Tom Wiggin Trail. Continue straight on the Blueberry Ledge Trail.

3.6 Reach the first open ledge.

3.8 Reach a nice open ledge with a view to The Bowl.

3.9 Reach the south summit and junction of the Rollins and McCrillis Trails. Head straight (north) on the Rollins Trail.

4.0 Go straight (north), past the Kate Sleeper Trail on the left.

4.2 Reach the summit of Mount Whiteface; continue on the Rollins Trail.

6.4 At the junction turn left (north) onto the Dicey’s Mill Trail.

6.6 Stay straight/right (east) onto the East Loop.

6.8 Turn left (northeast) at the junction onto the Walden Trail.

7.4 Turn right (north) onto the North Lookout spur trail near the summit of Passaconaway.

7.7 Reach North Lookout.

8.0 Return to the summit area. Turn right (west) onto the Walden Trail, and at the junction with the Dicey’s Mill Trail, follow the short spur left to the true summit.

8.7 Take the Dicey’s Mill Trail down from the summit cone. Stay right at the junction with East Loop.

8.9 Pass the junction with the Rollins Trail on the right, continuing on the Dicey’s Mill Trail.

10.3 Cross a stream.

10.7 Pass the junction with the Tom Wiggin Trail on the right.

11.8 Leave the wilderness and pass the connector trail to Blueberry Ledge Cutoff on the right.

12.6 Reach the road; continue straight (southeast).

13.0 Arrive back at the parking area.
